As we resume services at Scarborough Health Network (SHN), we will begin contacting those that are eligible for their elective procedure. If you have been contacted by SHN and your procedure has been scheduled, please complete the online preregistration form 24 to 48 hours before coming for your appointment.
Preregistration helps to make your visit to the hospital quicker and simpler. By providing your information now, our staff will take less time with you at our reception desks — and that leads to a smoother process for everybody.
