Executive Compensation
SHN’s Executive Compensation Plan reflects our hospital’s commitment to attracting and retaining the best talent, and is aligned with eight hospitals of similar size and scope in the Greater Toronto Area. Our compensation philosophy is based on the principles of accountability, alignment, engagement, fairness, objectivity, and transparency. We are committed to providing the highest quality care to our patients and our community, and funding for executive compensation will not impact funding dedicated to patient care.
