To complete the Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Preplacement Forms below, you will require your Employee ID number. Your Employee ID number can be found in Workday:

Select the icon from the top right of your Workday window.
Under your name, please select the “View Profile” button.
Once you are in your profile, you will see your Employee ID number.
