Scarborough Health Network (SHN) is partnering with the Ministry of Health to offer testing through COVID-19 Assessment Centres at our Birchmount and Centenary hospitals.

You are encouraged to come to an Assessment Centre to get tested if you have symptoms of COVID-19 (see Ministry of Health COVID-19 Reference Document for Symptoms), if you are an essential worker, or if you think you may be infected (even if you don’t have symptoms).

Before coming to one of SHN’s Assessment Centres, please pre-register with us online.

Once you arrive at the COVID-19 Assessment Centre, we will ask for your phone number to identify you from your pre-registration.
