Our Diabetes Education Program will be moving from our current locations at 3000 Lawrence Avenue East and at SHN Birchmount Hospital, to a new space in the Medical Mall of SHN General Hospital at 3050 Lawrence Avenue East.
Services will begin to be offered at this new location on Tuesday, June 4.
Our goal in the Adult Diabetes Education Program at Scarborough Health Network (SHN) is to empower and support people living with diabetes. We aim to provide self-management tools that help people live the healthiest life they can.
