Zoo-m into action for SHN ZOO DAY
Get ready to roar for a reason: our third annual SHN ZOO DAY presented by Alphawave Semi is back on Sunday, June 8, at the Toronto Zoo—and I can tell you firsthand, it is an incredible place to bring your family. I have made many special memories at the zoo with my kids over the years, and I know you will too.
But beyond the adventure, this event is about something bigger: supporting Scarborough hospitals and the patients who rely on them.
We need your help to raise $700,000—a dollar for each of the 700,000 annual patient visits across our hospitals—to build a new emergency department at Centenary, redevelop Birchmount Hospital, and open a state-of-the-art inpatient mental health unit.
You can fundraise as an individual, create or join a fundraising team, volunteer at the event, or make a donation—and thanks to the generosity of the Nanji Family Foundation, all donations will be matched.
