Scarborough Health Network (SHN) welcomes two new additions to our Senior Leadership Team: Andrea Gates, Vice President of Strategy and Information Management, and Noura Gharibo Shaw, Chief Human Resources Officer.
Andrea brings a wealth of experience to driving strategic innovation and charting SHN’s course for future success. She will ensure that we continue our leading plan in analytics and information management to drive service excellence and quality patient care, including the optimization of our Epic clinical information system.
Noura will play a pivotal role in shaping SHN’s organizational culture and recruitment strategy, leading the optimization of our new Human Capital Management systems to ensure SHN remains an employer of choice. Her leadership will help foster an environment where everyone within our network will thrive and contribute to SHN’s vision.
These leadership changes are an important step toward building a more robust, agile, and collaborative leadership team at SHN, as we continue to drive excellence and exceptional quality care for Scarborough and beyond.
