Scarborough Health Network (SHN) is pleased to welcome Dr. Martin Betts to its Senior Leadership Team (SLT) as the new Executive Vice President (EVP), Medical, effective February 4, 2025.
Dr. Betts brings extensive experience and a deep understanding of SHN; he has served in multiple leadership positions throughout his tenure. His commitment to advancing patient care, fostering innovation, and supporting medical teams has been instrumental in shaping SHN’s growth and success. The organization is confident that his leadership will continue to drive excellence in all aspects of SHN’s operations.
Additionally, SHN is extending its sincere thanks to Dr. Jon Hummel for his outstanding contributions while serving as Interim EVP, Medical. His leadership and dedication during this transitional period have been invaluable to the organization. SHN looks forward to continuing to work with him as he evaluates how to deliver excellent quality care for the community.
