SHN 365 (2024–2025): Impact Unlocked is a celebration of the meaningful strides we made together throughout the last fiscal year. Thanks to the commitment and innovation of our teams, we have expanded access to care, strengthened patient safety, reduced wait times, and delivered care more efficiently than ever before.
These achievements reflect the power of turning ideas into action—and strategy into real outcomes that benefit our community. Of course, what is captured in SHN 365 is just a glimpse of the incredible work happening across SHN every day.
