General Information

Scarborough Health Network (SHN) is committed to providing dedicated care and support for our community. From testing, to vaccinations and treatment, SHN is here to provide COVID-19 services, right in your community at Scarborough.

Services

COVID-19 Testing and Assessment

PCR testing and consultations on COVID-19 symptoms are available for eligible individuals at our COVID-19 Assessment Centres and the Cold, Flu and COVID Clinics. Book an appointment for a clinical assessment and testing, and you may be referred for COVID-19 treatments

COVID-19 Prevention and Treatments

SHN is one of the designated sites for several COVID-19 prevention and treatments services for vulnerable and high-risk patients. Our expert team helps to provide consultations and the administration of drug therapies.

COVID-19 Assessment Centre (for Paxlovid therapy assessment)

Patients may now be referred by their health care provider to our COVID-19 Assessment Centre for a virtual assessment of Paxlovid therapy.

We encourage Scarborough residents to get vaccinated to ensure the health and safety of our community. SHN and several health and community partners have come together to provide Scarborough COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics.

Hours of operation
Monday to Friday, 4 – 8 p.m.
Saturday to Sunday, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Outside of the hospital building, near the Emergency department and main entrance. Please follow the directions on-site.


For Kids and Adults

General hospital
3050 Lawrence Ave. E.

Hours of operation
Please note, a physician will join you virtually for appointments during these hours:
Monday to Wednesday, 1 – 7 p.m.
Thursday, 5 – 7 p.m.
Friday and Saturday, 1 – 7 p.m.

Please note, a physician will be on-site to join your appointment during these hours:
Thursday, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Off of Lawrence Ave. outside of the hospital building, on the South side near the ambulance bay. Please follow the directions on-site. If you are driving, please park in the parking garage first.

Friday, 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Outside of the hospital building, on the east side going towards the Emergency department. Please follow the directions on-site.
